Rob Roy No. 3

This riff on the iconic Rob Roy cocktail was created by Brian Silva at Balthazar UK in London and harnesses the “perfect” combination of dry and sweet vermouth. Here’s the recipe

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Blended Scotch Whisky
• ½ oz dry vermouth
• ½ oz sweet vermouth
• Orange peel for garnish

Combine whisky and both vermouths in a mixing glass. Add ice and stir until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with an orange peel, and enjoy!
