 This riff on the classic Old-Fashioned cocktail was created at the Cherry Circle Room in Chicago and features the warm flavors of maple syrup and Amontillado Sherry. The Cherry Circle Room is well known for transporting people back to the early 1900s with their old school, but very classy look. If you’re feeling like a classy drink, here’s the recipe:

• 2 oz Bourbon
• 1/4 oz Amontillado Sherry
• 1 Barspoon Maple Syrup
• 2 Dashes Angostura Bitters

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass. Add ice and stir to chill. Strain into your Aztec Double Rocks Glass over a large cube. Express the oils of an orange coin over the glass and discard. Enjoy!
