Everything ships from Canada, and your exact shipping cost is shown in your cart before you pay. Nothing gets added afterwards.

Standard shipping rates

For most of Canada, standard shipping is based on your order value:

Maritime provinces, expedited delivery and trade accounts are priced separately. Add items to your cart and enter your postal code to see every option and its exact cost before you pay.

How long it takes

Standard orders arrive within 10 business days. Most are quicker — that’s our outside estimate, not our target. Expedited options show their own delivery estimates at checkout.

Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays start processing the next business day.

Tracking your order

You’ll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once it ships.

If something goes wrong
